Seeing as Thursday was my last day in Europe, we decided to have a low key day again as a family. We headed up to Montmartre and saw sacre Coeur and toured the artist booths in the main square - where Mom of course bought a couple paintings.
Montmartre is a really nice part of Paris. It has old buildings and streets that give it a lot of charm. The mix of shops, people and food give it a very eclectic feeling as well. I think that if I ever move to Paris, I would live in Montmartre.
In the afternoon, we made our way back to the hotel. I said goodbye to Keith and Barb because I would be leaving very early the next morning. They expressed their gratitude for my "tour-guiding" skills and even gave me a gift. It was very thoughtful, and I was very surprised.
That evening the Mom, Jamie and I got dressed up and headed out for dinner, again in Montmartre. After dinner we went to Moulin Rouge. This was my fourth time in Paris, so it was amazing to finally be going to the iconic show. I really enjoyed the whole experience, and Mom and Jamie did too. There were so many costumes and performances. It was very fun and exciting, so the two hour show really flew by!
It was such an amazing day… I couldn't ask for anything better for my last day in Europe! It's feels so weird to be going back to Canada now. I've only been away for six months, but I feel that I've experienced so much in this short time that it feels like I've been away for much longer. I'm so grateful for everything that I've experienced and I want to always cherish these memories.

fran Hi Chloe And you will do it again in a heart beat . Right?
fran Hi Chloe You did a lot of visiting in your 6 months in Europe. I count 30 places you visited on the attached map. Is that right?
