Stacy and Shelly,
It is so fun to read about your adventures and challenges, culture shock and newfound passions.
We've just returned from our own adventures, nearer to your home town. Pat and I spent a week in Banff national park and Assiniboine Provincial park just over the border in BC. Fabulous blue skies and challenging mountains to climb.
Wishing you more wonderful adventures! Keep the updates coming!
Your cousin,
Jodi and Pat

Hola lovely ladies!
I have been thinking about you lots lately too and missing you both. Your latest blog is so heartfelt and honest it felt like we'd been able to sit down and have a good chat. Please know I am holding you in my heart and want to know what I can do to help. Think of it as multiplying the power of you two by all the people back here. If there are school supplies or craft items we could purchase and send we would be so happy to do that. I could organize a neighborhood drive! I can research some water projects for you if you'll email what it is that needs to be done.
It looks as if the milk duds are looked after but if there is anything else that would make your life easier let me know.
Big Hugs,
from Kate, David, Emily, Zoe & Copper too!

Hello Girls!
For heavens sake - what is your mailing address? We will immediately send you a package of Milkduds and another little personalised taste treasure if you'd like? Plus our cats Molly and Madison would love to chip in as well and send your little furry loves some cat treats.
We're all about making dreams come true chicas - especially for those in need of a home based chocolate fix!
On the home front, D and I are doing well and staying busy. I am travelling in Sask and Manitoba, on and off for the next couple of weeks. She started plumbing classes at the end of August and has already learned a ton of info (i.e. plans for revamping our kitchen and bathroom are already underway). Plus she looks great in work gear!
Anyhow, hope all goes well! You are in our thoughts! And the care package will be on its way asap - just let us know what the best way to get it there is!
Hugs and kisses,
D and V.

Hello girls,
Thanks for the call on the weekend that was awesome. It looks like my messages aren't all making it onto your message board. I must pay closer attention. Anyhow, it's my last day of work for 5 weeks and I head off to Halifax on Wednesday. I will keep you abreast of any news as it happens. The house came off of the market last week so we're still here for a while. Love you both and take car.
xoxo

Hola*, Stacy and Shelly!
Have been checking up on you all along with your mom and dad, Stacy, and just got your "address". This is to let you two know that we're hooked up to you and to tell you how wonderful your journal and pictures are, and how awed we are with what you're doing and experiencing! (Doesn't look like the part of Peru where the llamas would be, but we'll be looking for a picture in case you run into any.)
All the best, Pat & Sharon

Hi guys,
I between the flurry of activity at the college (it is Orientation week), I have been checking out your website...amazing photos and great stories. You are definitely embarking on the adventure of a lifetime and Para el Mundo is so blessed to have you both there. All is well here. We have been hopping since we have been back from California..went camping for a week in B.C. and then the girls were off to dance camp (5days of dancing 9-9). they are loving it. Alex is now registered for High School (yikes) and Ashley is off to her last year of elementary. We are journeying up to Slave Lake this weekend to do some long weekend camping...wish you could join us and then it is all systems go for back to school. We all miss you here but know that you are doing great and important work...take good care of yourself...and enjoy the experience.

Ola Chicas!
You both look marvelous! Tanned and wind blown! Love the pictures! It's clear that South American coastal air really agrees with you!
Enquiring minds want to know ... in view of the absence of Tim Hortons, how is the coffee over there? Do you have Cafe con Liche? Does it pass muster?
I won't ask about how the beer is ... your pictures seem to indicate that all is well and fine in that beverage area.
