We had a really lazy day today, I wasn't feeling too well in the morning so we went straight back to the room after brekky, we had beans on toast! So simple yet delicious! We spent the morning dossing around until lunch time, meanwhile Chris finished the book Steve gave him while I caught up on some blogging. He said it was actually quite good! I said I wanted to read it but he thinks it will be too difficult for me to follow. So I can't be bothered with it and instead will look for a nice girly one to read on the iPad.
After lunch we sat and watched a bit of the Olympics. People keep asking us if we're gutted we are missing it back at home, but we're not really missing it at all, it's always on the bloody telly! Its been good so far and where better to watch it than in a bar while burying our toes in the sand :-)
We had a quick look at the turtles in the pond before walking back along the beach towards our room. Chris sat out in the sun for a bit on a bench then I came out and joined him for about half an hour. It was nice sitting by ourselves looking out at the sea together. It was peaceful and relaxing until later in the evening when some stupid group turned up and checked into the room next to ours. I had just got out of the shower when some guy knocked on our door asking for room 15, which was obviously the loud one next door, and then we heard some girls walk by all excited. One said to the other, "Oooh I wonder what the shower head is like!" Haha, dirty b****!
We saw them all later at dinner and realised it was the same big volunteer group that goes through the islands every two weeks. To be honest they sounded really annoying and came out with some really retarded stuff so we didn't want to sit near them. We took our food and sat by the pool bar instead.
Dinner was really good, we had a massive piece of fish which neither of us could finish, dessert was really good too and we felt like fat piggies afterwards. Suddenly we noticed the staff gather and one started to play his guitar. We jumped up and snuck away around the back of the restaurant so no one would see us go. We didn't want to listen to the staff sing the same songs they have done every night so far over again! There's only so much of Big Mumma we can take! When we got back to ours we put some music on and chilled out until we fell asleep.
