After a fitful night of sleep due mostly to jet lag, we got ready for breakfast at 8:30 so we could begin our day at 9. Our breakfast options consisted of eggs, toast, yogurt, orange juice, bananas and oranges and cereal. I decided to stick with yogurt and toast. Dairy is not a prominent part in a Thai diet so no butter on my toast. After breakfast we divided up into two groups, A and B, to divvy up the work for the next two weeks. I am in group B ...
