This place is really pretty and on the coast. We went swimming with dolphins today which was absolutly amazing. Is unreal how close they actually get to you and that they want to interact and play games. It was bloody freezing tho! We were head to toe in winter wetsuits including rather sexy head gear! lol. Back to Christchurch - Wooooo. lol. A little bit more exciting this time as Olivia our friend from school who moved to New zealand 3 years ago came to visit us. It was great to catch up after so long atho she doesn't seem to have changed! Still the same Olivia we all loved at school. Appart from reminising we used Christchurch as a catch up on washing and emails and shopping etc!!! So quite productive in its own sort of way.

Queenstown is a great place to be we have done lots of shopping eating partying and extreme sport!!!! We all did bungy jumps here whcih were so scary but so much fun i would recommend it to anyone! Fran did the ledge at night in the rain and did some spectacular gymnastics! and me and ella did the nevis which is NZs highest jump. So much fun!!!! We also went out to celebrate a birthday and also to say goodbye to our bus as everyone stays different lengths of time...

Lake Wanaka is beautiful and i recommend it to anyone who likes scenery and relaxation! Some mad people on our bus did go swimming in the lake even though it did feel like England in December! We also found a really nice pub across the way from our hotel with a nice warm fire and great food and cheap drinks! Always good!

Today was our glacier day and we were hoping to do a helicopter trip to the top but low cloud stopped the heli from taking off. A bit of a disappointment but at least we saved $320 by not doing it! You know what that means? more shopping!!!!! But we did have a lovely walk in the pouring rain to see it. We also managed to snooze lots and eat plenty so not a wasted day! Anyway the weatehr forecast is more promising from now on so fingers crossed!
