We have finality made it to Paris!!!!!!!! Our journey on the Eurostar wasn't bad. We were only on the for maybe two hours and we all slept most of the way. However once we got off the train is when the real journey began. We couldn't figure out the map for the metro since it was all in French and Abbey's two years of French class did nothing to help. We asked on guy for help and since he saw that we had luggage he thought we wanted to go to the airport do he sent us off in the completely wrong direction. Finally we found someone who spoke some what English and he directed us to the wrong platform.

Once we made it off the metro at the right stop we found our way to the hotel. We had difficulties getting the luggage upstairs because the elevator was so small. We finally made it to our room (which turned out to be bigger then we excepted) we unpacked everything and headed out to find a place to eat. Luckly there is a McDonalds right by our hotel. However it took us about five minutes to order since the lady didn't speak good English and even after all th trouble we still didn't get exactly what we wanted to order. However it was god and actually my fish sandwich tasted better then the ones at home.

After dinner we decided to wander around but after two blocks we decided to go back to the hotel to chill for the night. Since none of the tv channels are in English we all ate just reading and listening to Abbey's iPod.

Tomorrow we ate heading out for our first full day so will let you know how that goes later. However it should be interesting since unlike the people in London French people move very quickly. Miss everyone at home and will talk to everyone later.
