So we left Koh Tao :( and hopefully left the rain! and headed for Krabi. Because of the windy weather we couldn't get a boat directly from Koh Tao so we had to get one boat thursday morning to Koh Samui ( we were originally going to spend a few nights here or at Koh Phangnan but decided against it and to head for sunnier shores) and then got another boat from Koh Samui (which was totally flooded) to Surat Thani. There we got one bus from the port to the town and got on another bus to take us to the western side of Thailand all the way to Krabi!

Bex and Cassie are now travelling with us as they were heading to Krabi too so we arrived in Krabi town at about 10pm Thursday night and it was RAINING again! I've lost count of all the times I've gotten saturated an dried out only to get soaked again! Bu its all about the experience!!! So we abandoned our initial plans of staying in Krabi fo a few days and got a bus...and I use the term bus very loosely.... to a place called Ao Nang, which in better weather conditions is beautiful, and we decided to stay here for a night.

After getting soaked on the back of this "bus" and torturing the poor driver cos we were trying to find somewhere cheap! we eventually found a place and were shown to our rooms by a lovely man....woman....we still don't really know! By this time it was reallyyyyy late and we were starving but by some act of kindness from someone high up there...buddha or god or whatever! there was a pizza place next door and they were just closing up for the night but agreed to feed us if all we ordered was Pizza........ask a stupid question! So with food in our stomach and a place to stay.....we settled in for the night. Now if only I could get dry once and for all!

And the next morning our destination was Phi Phi Island......after making sure Cassie was sleeping in her hoodie (cos every time she takes it off it starts to rain)! So shower...try and find some dry clothes and we would be off again....and lots and lots of sleep for the time being!
