So our great plan of another good sleep last night was completely stuffed by a snorer in the room next to us and some other inconsiderate tools who decided to have a party in the reception area until at least 2:30 when we finally got to sleep. Are we getting old?! Either way, our planned 8 start quickly turned in to ear plugs in and alarm reset for 9!

Off to the post office first thing to send our box of stuff back to Aus. While the chick was helpful, nothing happens fast in an Italian post office, so by the time the box was posted and we'd had breaky the morning was nearly gone.

Next stop was to see a 'nail technician' (talk about talking yourself up with an over exaggerated job title!). After an hour of Case listening to the guy take 4 phone calls and eat an apple, the nails were finally done and it was lunch time!

Next stop was Piazza di Spagna (not exactly sure what it was, but it looked like a nice old building) where we considered a ride in a horse and carriage. Until we found out they wanted €200 (AUD255) for the privilege…

From there we wandered back toward the hotel via the Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Fountain). Won't go into what each place is, you guys can use google as well as we can! Back at the hotel it was washing time (the most exciting part of our holiday!), dinner and very shortly another attempt at an early night. Ear plugs in straight up tonight - wish us luck!
