Hello all..just got back from a very pleasant wine tasting evening, did not abuse it but enjoyed "sampling".. a few "cab savs" and bit of shiraz.... then we walked it down the road to the chippy... and this is just beautiful.. its called "Lord of the Fries" eh? get it? eh?...............lol! Just booked my flight to Adelaide because visa has been granted and I am starting work on thursday next week.Take That is playing in the hostel as I speak.. "some day this will all be someone elses dream" and its pretty true.. it dont get much better than this..Well it could be sunny.. but still... but good things come to an end and I must press on to work.. new chapter and get out of another comfort zone again.. Dont think Jamie and Laura can take more of the late nights and early mornings for much longer.. its been hectic this week... but brilliant.. when i spoke to Laura at dinner today, she was already on her 2nd can of red bull. And my new room mates were congratulating me on it being the first morning I had not caused a scene the night before.. (locked myself out first night and then there was the Neighbours nite episode.. which I will tell in person, in about 20 years... photo"s of me and Laura with Toadfish coming soon, and then we had a power cut which I caused) oh while i remember...Thanks jen for sorting my house out.. might be best just turning the alarm off.. warm weather always does it.Franky boy wont be able to cope with the thought of it waking all street up. gets all mythered... Did you see the photographs of the weekend away when we did a bit of walking? 2okm ? not like the old days vic when we loitered at the back on the geography field trip... it was going dark and we had to get out the forrest before we got too scared and too eaten. really good weekend though... stayed in a little hostel in the town and the couples shared a double each, while I shared with 3 strange boys.. who had rumaged through all my stuff and tried to put it back carefully but put something of theirs in my bag with it instead by mistake... I did not take too harsh a line because i reckon if I was in a room with 3 friends and a new boy came in we would be probably killing ourselves having a good look through their stuff too.. and they were nice really.. geeeky but nice..the bar in town was ropey but i put a couple of bets on and had a game of pool, scooner of Carlton and before you know it its almost the black un. So its almost weekend again.. and its a long one here for the queens birthday..." God Save The Queen.." sherry at the ready..and there is a party on tomorrow nite at Jamies distant relatives.. Tom is 21 and I have been invited too, everyone is so lovely and welcoming here!.. so its out into city afterwards.which means dancing i hope..!!.( got asked out to go on a date today.. but laura forbid me to go.. i thought he was arty.. she said he was a nutcase..) anyway.. the point is that we were going to go on a river cruise, and so I had to avoid the river today incase i saw him, but intend to go tomoz and take a butty and get a nice coffee.. and then prepare for a big night.. (Am putting on a bit of weight and my skinny jeans are tight tight tight.. so will be good to get into the old saggy clothes in Whyalla again.. but justa shame i have another 3 pairs of shoes now that go ace with my tight jeans, and I wont have anything to wear them too.) Then on saturday... ITS FOOTBALL!!!! i am loving the preapration going into Hastley close festivities.. any other parties..vic you in the hot tub with neighbours? Nicola you in Hindley? (will email you shortly, not forgot, just run out of credit on my last attempt and lost it all. hope you had nice hol.) whats going on in Edgey lisa? bet there is a messy one happening up there!! oh tell sandra that i met some sisters from Cork on the boat who live on a farm, and were called Jamie and Suzanne, they had a friend called Amanda.. does she know them? and how was your lovely holiday? .............. so...Sat nite..............Think I will be doing plenty texting so get credited up and keep me informed of proceeds of parties during game.. its nice to think we are all doing same thing at same time for once.1 i love it!.. I am going to the crown casino, $20 gets you a seat, pint, bar snacks(better be) and big screen.. only problem is that we have to sit with Greenhalgh who is donning face paint, wig, flag, and probably a very very loud voice..and me and Jamie have to stay away from the roulette for 90 mins.. Anyway... I have just been catching up on your travels and I have to say that you have done more in the last 4 weeks than I have done in the last 4 years on my travels. No horse back riding for Jo Yates, just shopping in different cities and never ever wearing the clothes I buy. How was jungle cat Marcello? Is he as nice and funny as we remember him?
I had another Brisbane-Auckland trip this month but I've swapped it for shorter flights, I haven't been able to drink since my Brisbane trip last month. If you're not in Brisbane maybe I wouldn't be able to meet up wit you anyway.
News from Dubai - Gunther from Friends has opened a Central Perk coffee shop exactly the same as the one on friends in Jumeirah. Not a sniff of the potent animal print pointy shoe boy since.
I can feel that I might be purchasing the Emu costumes in the near future, what do you reckon?

Hope you had a laugh with jungle king marchello!!!The wedding was good on sunday but jenn wren was more than a bit delicate the day after one to many drinkies for me I think, but hell I think Sal and I entertained the crowds.
