Well today is officially Halloween in the United States, but here everyone celebrated Halloween on Saturday because it was a weekend and everyone didn't have to work on Sunday. Again it's been a while since I typed about my adventures in China. It's been pretty crazy for the past 2 weeks with midterms and so much celebration from peoples' birthdays and such. So it's October 1st, National Day here in China. Everyone gets a one week vacation and most businesses are closed the entire time. Including dentists and doctors.... We were supposed to orignally go to Emei Shan, this beautiful buddhist sacred mountain that has dozens of monestaries, but me and my friend both have become ill. It's so crazy! I've been here since August 25, it's been almost an entire month. I haven't even done a lot and I feel like I don't have that much time now.
