After only two trips to HEB and a visit to a notary we hit the road towards Corsicana TX and Oakwood Cemetery. The weather was fine and the trip was uneventful. The purpose of our visit was to find our beloved "Aunt Pearl" Larrison Carter. We have been to Oakwood before and located other Larrisons - my father's mother's family - but were looking in the wrong place for Aunt Pearl and Uncle Bill. This time we found them!

The purpose of this trip is twofold. One is to do some grave-hopping in search of ancestors, and two, to visit Memphis and Nashville - something we have been wanting to do. So off we go!
