HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MUMMY AND DEBBIE!!

HAHAHA! Not getting any skinnier I´m afraid...I´m given bread alllll the time! However I did climb a mountain today:) It was really difficult with the altitude, it was 4300metres!! Was amazing being in the clouds and looking down on Quito. Was lush just to get away from the hustle and bustle and just be surrounded by silence. Got to test out my walking boots...which are perfect:) and wear my rucksack and waterproof coat thing which made me feel like a right proper hiker!

Went to lunch at Fanny´s 'uncle's' yesterday I had a really traditional Ecuadorian dish which kinda looked like sick if I´m honest...but tasted lush! Met 103 family members took about 3 hours to say hello and goodbye after kissing them all! Stefs mum is VERY protective! But I managed to persuade her to let Stef out the house and we went back to mine and had a girly sleepover! HA! We spent the evening with my little brother Leo singing the Lion King and trying to describe what a 'chav' is and what farting is! Was so much fun!

Feeling a lot better after the weekend and now going to take just one week at a time rather than the full 5 months. Hopefully off to Otavalo this weekend which is a huge market in the north! We´re going to stay in a hostel friday, market saturday and then I think theres a c*** fight saturday night?! so we'l stay til sunday.

Bob-Gun would be good! lol....however I dont think it´d arrive until next year...post isnt very reliable here....infact I dnt think I´ve seen a single letter in my house or a postbox for that matter!!

Nigel-My sister is fine...thought does have bruises and stab marks in her leg from the knife! But shes gone to the Amazon for the weekend so cant all be bad!

Mark-I´ll pretend you didnt say that! but seriously you dont know bad driving until you´ve come here!

Oooo if anyone speaks to Adam could they please ask him if possible to send me some of his marvellous chicken and bacon pasta! am craving it badly!!

How are my two little monkeys...are they growing up fast?! I miss them lots!
