Day 3--packed up and back home. Got my fire last night...nothing like a fire to lower my blood pressure (as long as it is contained and in a fire ring.) Woke up freezing this morning; took a while to figure out how to work the furnace, but when we finally did, it was great.
Shut down only took about 1/2 hours. Met some lovely foks next to our campsite. They have a 5th Wheeler and have had some lovely trips; some up to 4 months at a time.
Randy and I talked about places we'd like to go this year. He wants to take a trip with the guys. We want to 'do' Turkey Run and maybe hit Camp Rudolph, again, in the fall for Octoborfest. Would like to go to Gatlinburg in November?
Down the road, when we got a newer camper, we want one with a slide and queen-size bed (this one is not big enough). We are talking about towing a small car and going on extended trips. Still, I am enjoying this sooo much!!!
Next weekend....Raccoon Lake....and no water.
