As I said in my last blog before I had to go, I was in cairns. In cairns I met up with Carmen and Jenn who I met in thailand. While Carmen was off finding nemo (I now the truth about nemo) I chilled round the pool, me and jeen hired a couple of bikes and we went on a day trip to see the rainforest. My week in Cairns didn't feel like I was in OZ anymore because of the surroundings around me it felt a little bit like thailand, however it was nice to catch the sun. The woolshed has the worst marketing ever as everytime I went ot see the hull highlights they were not on ( I expect there is already a DVD out). But I did enjoy watching the spurs and wigan game live.

The highlight of cairnes was going to the barrier reef, which doesn't look that far on the map and as on the pictures you see, it looks peaceful and carm. unfortunately it was the roughest boat ride in the world ever, 70% of people were sick and everybody had a sick bag. The reef was breathtaking, it was like swimming in a maze.

Now I am in Newzealand, I have not seen LOTR never seen the movie I am now in queenstown, raining today, my white water rafting was called off. I have hired a cheap relocation hire car to get to the south Ireland so I can see whatever I want when I want. PS not doing bungee. sorry for the short blog. I will bore you to death when I get home.
