so we awoke early ready for the big climb, Katie decided to climb the harder trail, 2 km longer and 40% steeper than the one Bronya and most of the other group members did. The climb was very hard, there were many steps, rocks and slippery stones that you had to climb up, not only was it hard, the rain added to it making it even harder, our clothes wee drenched and our rucksacks were also soaking. We finally arrived at the mountain lodge at 4pm local time. Exhausted, cold and wet we ordered cokes to refresh ourselves and had a very ice cold shower. we had tea at 5pm and had to wake up at 2am to reach the summit so we went to bed after tea, although saying we went to bed at 5pm is a bit of a lie as we were in a dorm of 6 people. There were people who were faffing with things for ages, you could hear people walking in and out of rooms and it was raining so heavy so we probably slept at around 9.30pm.
