Got up at 5:30am to see the group off, Ben, Joe, Fran, Louise and John went back to Adelaide and David set off for Darwin. Very sad to see everyone go. I got an email from Lancashire university confirming that I can defer another year, so I checked with immigration, had a long hard think, and decided to stay on! Im writing a list of all the things I want to achieve before I go home, and theres a lot on there! Learn to scuba dive, so a shark cage dive, learn to surf, work in a remote outback pub, the list goes on!

Me and Eddy went for lunch together in town, had a huge pizza! I then went back to the internet cafe (again) where i spent the afternoon putting MORE photos online, then got back to the hostel and had a night on the tiles with Tom and Eddy...i've actually missed the madness! Went to a place called Melankas with their group of friends, there was a live band playing things like Blink 182 and The Monkees and Nirvana....very good!!
