Hi Jean,
Interesting confession I was under the impression that these primate qualities that Kat has were inherited from Mike.

You brain must be full to the brim of lovely memories! We are so going to miss reading about your exploits, but Kat I still think you should write a book or approach a travel magazine to write a column! lots of love from us lot xx

It sounds absolutely amazing. Victoria Barracks in Kowloon was never that interesting. (Even if I didn't get out of the camp before they found they'd sent me to the wrong country and sent me back to Germany!) I was going to ask if the od chinese trader wqas still there, but if you can't fill in the letters completing w***a, then I might upset your readers if I told you his name. Oh go on then it was F** Y** Honest. So looking forward to seeing you on Friday. Enjoy yourselves and keep safe. Dad
Mum
Shame on you Kat - I thought you would have tried the dried fish bits!! Hope you enjoy your last day and look forward to seeing you bright and early on Friday morning - air travel and volcanos allowed! Love you loads x x
Dee
when you come down from Victoria Peak make sure you sit with your back to the direction of travel (which is a weird way of saying make sure you are facing uphill!)

Nothing came superiszed here! Can't believe you passed on the multicoloured beads Kat! Enjoy your last day both of youxxxx

love the description of arrival in Hong Kong and hope you enjoy it. Are you going up to Victoria Peak on the tram? The ride down is hilarious and made me giggle- really plays tricks with perception. Must be quite a shock to the system getting back to big shiny city after your idylls - but gets you back ready for Garforth?? xx
Mum
Hi - the somersault escapade reminded me a tad of the hoovered hair incident Kat! 70th floor sounds a bit scary, hope the lifts don't break down. Enjoy Hong Kong, I am just off to eat a banana and swing through a few trees before going to bed. loadsa love x x
Dad
Hi you two. Everything sounds really fabulous and am now thinking of that type of shower when the bathroom is redesigned. I sincerely hope that at that level, the room has a couple of parachutes rather than the usual trouser press and hair dryer! By the way, you are NOT related to monkeys. I saw you born remember? Have a great time in Honkers (old army description), keep safe and look after each other. (Got it in before Mum!) Love you both. Dad x x x
