thanks for keeping us all agog Kat! My only complaint is that I've had to buy a new pack of paper for the printer 'cos I hate reading from the screen and your blogs are...well, extensive! I'm loving the eclectic mix - cookery, then fashion and now history and culture with a sprinkle of comedy thrown in. Could be a formula for a new Ant and Dec show? Keep 'em coming! Love to you both xx

oK - where is the very high factor sun cream we bought on our 'first aid and essentials trip'. Methinks it has not been utilised hence the peeling!!! Hope the weather holds out for you tomorrow - enjoy your trip and take care. Loadsa love and hugs. x x

Glad you had a good time with John Wayne - Dad will be proud!! You finally got to play with guns after 28 yrs, glad we were a long way off.Hope you enjoy Cambodia as much as Vietnam. Take care. Love you xx
Mum
Thanks for another interesting chapter! The city sounds fun although a big contrast to Hoi An which you sounded like you had fallen in love with. Nice that you have met up with some sporadic travelling companions. Take care and love you loads. x x
Dee
I love these blogs! Loads about delicious sounding food and now fashion pages as well! It all sounds so great and am glad you are so making the most of it all. The heat isn't so bad if it;s 'dry' heat, but humidity not so much fun. Am looking forward to hearing all about the next leg of the journey of a lifetime. xx
Mum
HI Kat and Erlee! Well, your trip just sounds better and better although your diary seems to be more and more focussed on food! Like Mother, like daughter eh!! We have had some sunshine too - temps in the high teens (20 in the car)! so we're nearly catching up to you. Hope you've enjoyed your last Hoi An day and safe journey for tomorrow. love you loads. x x
Mum
.Hi. I think choco is made by Cadbury's and comes in a purple packet. maybe you could try that your recipe!! Sounds like you are having some time to chill out a bit on this leg of your journey which must be much needed! Keep having fun and telling us all about it. Keep safe. Loadsa love and big hugs.x x

Hey guys, thanks for the messgaes, it's great to hear from you guys! I know what you mean about the Bali/Vietnam feeling Mums, but one of the big differences is that mercifully they don't hound you buy, buy, buy here and a 'no thankyou' will often do! We'll def do some cooking when we get back, but try out the recipes on the blog - they are super simple! Dad's thanks for the offer of relief but you know what I think we will power through somehow! I'm really glad everyone is enjoying reading about it, I'm enjoying writing it down, I don't want to forget anything at all and there is so much to see and do! Right we're off to brave the sunshine to get some souvenirs and presents! Love you all loads and will update later (yay-more to trawl your way through!)
Love ya's - love the bilbroughs xx
Mum
Hi babes. really enjoyed your last 2 blogs. Vietnam sounds so colourful - reminds me a bit of Bali. Life will be so dull for you when you come home. You will have to recapture your experiences by doing loads of cooking that we will have to eat up for you!! I'm sure we will be up to the challenge!! We went to Hesketh Farm today - great day out but seems a bit tame after reading your blogs!! Carry on enjoying yourselves and keep taking care. Love you loads. x x
Dad
How much can you two take in? I think that you should come back and let a relief crew take over for the remainder of the journey. We're willing to be nominated. Sounds like you are both having a great time. The descriptions of the food and beer sounbd really great. Pity about the healthy eating kick!! Keep up the good work and keep 'em coming! Cheers! carry on the good work and keep safe (Orders I'm afraid) Lotsa Luv xxxx
Dee
another exciting episode! I have to print them off and sit down with a coffee to fully appreciate them!! Thanks for taking the time to share with us all. You'll be really glad to have this record of your travels when you get back because the detail does get lost otherwise. I especially loved the description of the boat - sounds wonderful. Looking forward to the next chapter.... love to you both xx
