We got up early to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant while we waited for the rental cars. They had the best homemade banana bread. Once the cars were all situated, we headed towards Dominical and Uvita where the Hacienda was located. The drive up was easy going with Sean, Megan, Dave, James, and I. We left Seattle on a red eye flight and landed in to San Jose on Jan 6, 2015. We stayed at Hotel Aeropuerto. We started with drinks at the hotel bar. They had fresh and delicious Pina Colada's. Then we had dinner with the whole group. I got this amazing curry rice with palm hearts and Dave got curry chicken. For a chill evening, we played card games with Dave, TJ, Jenn, and James. Derrick was in the room but sound asleep.
