G'day!

Wow, don't know where to begin to describe the last few weeks. Have just finished the epic tour from Sydney to Cairns with Contiki. It's been 2 of the best weeks with some of the best people and can't believe it's over already!

Have done everything from sea kayaking with dolphins and learning to crack a whip on a ranch, hiking through the rainforest and going to a Vampire themed cararet evening to white water rafting and jungle canopy surfing. All topped off with a nightly does of partying. Even 3 years at uni were not enough to prepare me for Contiki!

One of the highlights has to be spending 3 days on a yacht sailing the Whitsundays. We had to huddle together under our raincoats and cling on for dear life a few times, but the sunshine made it through when it mattered when we visited White Haven beach- one of the top 10 beachese in the world! Also a party on a boat cannot be beaten, but a goon hangover on one after 3 hours sleep leaves a lot to be desired! Least I wasn't one of the ones hanging off the back giving some more food to the fish...

The best bits tbh were just hanging out with everyone though- whether on a beach in a tropical paradise of just playing pool in a bar hiding from the rain. That why I'm meant to be in Alice Springs right now seeing the wonders of Uluru but have ended up in Brisbane with a few people from the trip instead- just can't let go of it quite yet!

Last night with them tonight then off to New Zealand in a week to start another manic tour. Not such how it can beat the last few weeks but we shall see!
