we got up stupidly early to get our plane from Perth. Our 2800km flight to Darwin (the 'Top End) was quite scary as there was a major burst of turbulence arrrgghhhh.... Darwin is absolutely boiling by the way, very humid. we arrived at our hostel, which is really nice n brand spanking new. we bumped into steph n steve in the laundry section.. we then went supermarket shopping as it works out so much cheaper.. we got some free meal vouchers for a pub called the Vic from our hostel, the meal itself was lasagne n chips, beki managed to get two plate fulls! it was pudding time. neopolitan ice cream. get in! whilst eatin we shared our experiences of Asia and WA etc and ended up crying in laughter by then we were all knackered so we went to bed. steve n beki were fast asleep when 2 aussie nobheads came in n decided to turn the light on n have a full conversation at FULL volume( this was at midnight) t***
