ok so better late than never..... hope everyone has had a wicked christmas and is really stoked about new year (getting into the aussie terminology)

Tues 4th dec -Did the horses and then had a nap! went to the winery where i have now become chief bottle labeler (title was appointed by moi!) and then came home and had dinner then more sleep!

Wed 5th dec - Went and did the horses and then me and eleta went xmas tree shopping! we found a really cute one and then we had to chop it out the ground so we could take it home! we then decorated it after we stopped for coffee - have become addicted to chai lattes - not sure if ive mentioned this before or not. I then went to work and then came home and chilled infront of the tele!

thurs 6th dec - went and did the horses and eleta and james exercised them. i then went swimming - did 1500 metres dad! bet ur proud! then went shopping. terri irwin was in the shopping centre doing a book signing - the que was insane - out the bookshop, through the food court, out the main door and then round the corner into the car park - MAD! did some winery labeling again and then came home and had dinner and slept

Friday 7th dec - did the horses and then me and eleta went to th brakers to pick up dotty the 3yr old who has just been broken in. was a 40 min drive and guess what i saw on the journey - MY FIRST WILD KANGAROOOO!!!!!!!!!!! was buzzing - had a smile on my face all day! saw dotty, the braker rode her and then eleta got on and she wouldn't move - the horse, not eleta! we then couldn't get her on thefloat which was a pain but eventually we got her on and then went home. I then went to work and taught and then came home.

Sat 8th dec - did the horses and then taught all day. when i got back me and eleta went round to greg and karinas as they're off on holiday over xmas and i might be doing some house sitting for them. their house is the one with the cinema, the gym, the pool, the bar etc. had a chat and then came home and chilled

Sunday 9th dec - did the horses and then we all went for breakfast at taylors which was yummy, met sue and adrian who have some of the best dressage horses in the state, shes going away as well and may need me as a back up to look after her horses as the girl she has looking after them is pregnant and due soon so im a back up. we then went back to theirs (REALLLY posh property - like amazing!) and talked about what i would be doing for her. she asked me to do a couple of mornings worth of wok for her so i could see what i was doing. saw more kangaroossss!!!!! very exciting - apparenly they hang around near her house all the time. me and eleta then went shoppign and went to meet santa. he stood in the que brilliantly and then when it was his turn to meet him he slowly laid down on the floor and started screaming - it was the funniest thing you have ever seen. it was sooo dramatic it was hilarious. we then got some dvds and watched them before going to teh winery and out for a drink or 2 with the guys and gals that work there

Monday 10th dec - james rode dotty this morning which was interesting co she hadn't been ridden in anything other than a western saddle - so a GP (general Purpose) saddle was weird for her. eleta rode dotty, and then i rode ruddles. had a major issue with the car this morning - eleta had left the keys in the ignition and it had locked its self - i only discovered this as i was about to drive to work so i had to get james to pick me up and take me to the train station. taught all eveing and then came home.

Tuesday 11th dec - james rode the horsesand then i went to sues to start working - saw more kangaroos and their joeys which was cool. came home and rode rusty as james had left me my not so little project to ride. went to the winery and then home and the usual. had a call from kevs brother dan and hes going to meet up with me at somepoint and show me around a bit.

wed 12th dec - did the horses, james rode and the farrier came to do the horses, after he had finished we watched spider man 3 and then i went to work came home and did the horses again and had dinner

thurs 13th dec - did the horses, went to sue and adrians and did the horses came home, went to the stock feeds, went swimming did some xmas shopping and then did some more wine labeling.

friday, did the horses taught and then veged - fairly ususal

that'll do for now - going to go and sunbathe in the 41 degree heat - will update soon xxxx
