(From Barbara: ) We didn’t realize when we bought the 8-day park hopper tickets that we’d need some rest days in between the parks. So we decided to extend our stay at the campground until next Wednesday.

We went and saw Molli at the kennel. She was playing with all the other dogs at the time and was having a great time. We extended her stay, too.


We tooled around the campsite all day on our ECVs and went to the Trading Post and pool. We were told by the kids to be back at the RV by 3:00 pm sharp. Hmmm! That kept us guessing all day. Around 3:15, we got a call to go down to the Settlement, where they had made reservations at the Hoop-de-doo Revue. It was an all-you-can eat fried chicken dinner and show. And it was amazing. They noted all the couples who were having anniversaries and told them to dance. We were the only ones who got up and danced. Haw, those dance lessons weren’t for nothin’! The kids also gave us a carriage ride through the campground. It was at sunset and we were taken way out to the back, along a creek on the edge of the forest. It was great. Wow, what a day!
