Hoi An was a great place to stay for a few days. Definitely one of the most picturesque places we've been in Asia so far.
Beautiful colonial buildings and also quaint Asian shops, bars and bridges. The town lit up at night with lanterns and street stools all over. Bars and restaurants were all really nicely done.
Around town by pedal bike by day, stopping off for beers and food on route. Hit the beach as well, nice 3km ride.
Laid off the beers for a few days here, liver and wallet were able to take a well earned rest. At night we took strolls around the markets and restaurants. Unlike Sonny who was on full party mode with a group of Irish lads from the hostel!
Hired a local fisherman to take us fishing for the day as well, biggest catch was nothing more than a minnow but an afternoon on the boat was good fun and good for the sun tan!
Last day in Hoi An was the start of a Moped ride to Hue... A section of the route taken by the Top Gear team, that was always going to be interesting....
