We was discussing the plans, and eventually agreed that we will go to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary as my Dad recommend us to go there (he went there in 1999). We took bus number 430 and used our 'Go Card' which is same to Oyster Card in London. It was one hour ride from bus station to there. We saw lots of villages and the real side of Australia. I particularly liked the architectural design of the house - they was not common compared to England, you barely see two same building next to each other. We finally arrived at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, we was in rush as we wanted to have a picture with Snake, Crocodile and Koala, it was only available at 1.45pm, it was 1.35, when we arrived. We walked quickly and arrived at the point, waited and waited... They was very laid back and took their time, they came out at 2.30pm. I learnt something, if they say chosen time, they meant 30 minutes later! It was really great to hold the snake and crocodile! Finally I hugged the famously Koala, it was so cute and I even wanted to take it home with me. Anyway, we walked around at the Sanctuary and entered at the Kangaroo reserve. There was hundreds of Kangaroo around us waiting for us to stroke them and feed them. It was very special moment as we will never ever have something like this in England or different countries. It was fantastic day, we saw Koala, Crocodile, Kangaroo, Wombats, Platypus, Tasmanian, Owls, Bats and more. We then lost Dominic, then me and Asher lost Charlene and Sara, me and Asher walked around and saw Sara and Charlene waving us and hurried us to run as the bus was about to leave. I thought Dominic was with them - but he wasn't there! I got off the bus while the three of them went back to Brisbane. I found Dominic just a min after bus left!! We both sat down and wait for the next bus, it was very light and everything was open. I nozzed off for half an hour and woke up, it was so dark, the Sanctuary was closed and nobody was around, all the cars is gone (just like the ghost town). I couldn't believe everything could change completely in just 30 minutes! Bus finally arrived after an hour wait. We arrived Brisbane but in different stop, we has to get off and got lost! We walked and walked until we saw something familiar.. We finally arrived at the hostel - Asher was cooking Chicken Fajita, I was very impressed with his cooking despite him being burnt twice (and started fire on the tea towel). We chilled in our room as we had a long day today.
