As the plane start to land, we saw Brisbane for the first time! We got big taxi to take us our Base Embassy Hostel, as they drove us there, we saw various of things, it motorway etc - we noticed that it has different law between Sydney and Brisbane as they are in different state (New South Wales and Queensland). The hostel is very nice and clean - much better than sydney that for sure! Our hostel is right in the city so shopping, restaurant and nightclubs is basically on our fingertips! :) we walked around the Brisbane, going inside the information centre etc. We went to 'backpacker' restaurant where I had large pizza and a pint for 7 dollar (4 pound) - very very cheap. We also decided to buy foods to cook in the hostel rather than going out to restaurant to save us money. It was rather interesting day at Brisbane, as it quite less busy than Sydney.
