If any of us had anything left, Ios took it! It is the biggest party place I have ever seen…really cheap, beautiful weather and a massive stack of clubs and bars to choose from. We all went out our first night in Ios and it was a lot of fun, then we had a free day to do whatever we liked. I just lazed about by the pool and had a quiet night because I was so exhausted from the night before.

Yesterday we went on a boat cruise and it was wonderful. We had a secluded beach all to ourselves and went snorkelling, played beach games and had some yummy lunch with a few drinks. Luke had gone out the night before and came home at daylight and just kept drinking throughout the day. We all went out last night and since Luke had been drinking for around 48 hours without sleep he decided to get a tattoo on his ass of the donkey from Winnie the Pooh. It's supposed to resemble Ios…

Last night was absolutely insane. When you order 7 shots you get a free singlet so I have a couple and some people have about 10 that they gathered over the three nights that we were on the island. I was home around 4am again which was pretty early compared to everyone else who came home at daylight again, but I thought it was a pretty solid effort! The islands all seemed to be pretty safe; I didn't see any fights or danger the entire time I was there.

I am really sad to be leaving the islands. The trip went really quickly even though it feels like I've been away from home for ages. But from today I will be back home in exactly three weeks so it isn't very long to go now! I have an 8:15am flight tomorrow which works out with Pru and Tim so we are sharing a taxi to the airport. I'll have to say my goodbyes to everyone tonight but it isn't too upsetting because so many of us are from Sydney. It will be nice to have some alone time again and catch up on sleep! But I'm not looking forward to navigating my way around foreign countries - it's so easy when Contiki do all of the thinking for me!

I am really excited to see Cyd. It's only about a week away now. I am only in Valencia for 2 nights but we are in Madrid and San Sebastian for 4 nights each so it should be relaxing. I'm not planning on drinking much for the rest of my trip, though it depends who I meet and how I feel when I get to the other destinations. The Greek Islands were definitely the party places. I'm missing Joey a lot now. There have been dogs everywhere and I feel sad that Joey can't be here with me, he would love it!
