Well, Heathrow is pretty big, my first visit, we could plan our long walks around that place, but got to the Gate, eventually, waited 1h30 to get on the plane. Take off was smooth and just had a lovely in flight meal, watching cowboys and aliens, I know but it's on and it's one of the few I haven't seen, pretty slow though despite Harrison Ford and Craig David (I think). Dinner, then Breakfast mmmm nice. Then got into Hong Kong an hour early, wow that place is 'massive', then reboard for the 2nd part of the flight...
Dinner again and after a nice bit of sleep catchup another nice breakfast before landing in Auckland at 1020.

A few control points then into pickup my bags, got sniffed out by a bio dog, who smelt the residual scent of the apple I put in there the day before and later ate on the plane, go boy!!! Then after a quick check by the bio team, onto get my baggage.
Outside for the bus for the $16 journey to Auckland City :-)
