harriet Hey, the unplanned extra travelling sounds amazing! can't belive it's only 3 days til you're back, and only 4 til i go! Dan Snow was on tv last night doing a show on st kilda-humuna humana! Kate Humble (the annoying blonde curly haired one from springwatch) was unbelievably stupid and it was terrible she was the sole representative of our sex on that programme, but Snow made up for it with beauty! missing you lots xxx

ann penny Fantastic sailing in Annandale, Justin and I won the Bronze Fleet in the Scottish Champonship. Also beat two lady helms so got more prizes! There were 22 boats and we were tenth overall, beating Ian Davies and his very nice son Neil (sailed on British team). Ian and Neil, beat Maurice (who capsized during first race and lost Elen out of the boat while trying to spinnaker) and David with Jannette were 21st. Loads of gossip but I'll share all later!!!!! Spinnaker is now all set up and raring to go when you get back. Boat is going well.... can't wait for the A Team to be back in action. Hope you are safe and well.... ann penny Ian and David are coming to the World's, I'm in a dilemma about accommodation.... Would you mind if we stayed with them.....think David has found a really cheap cottage (£100 each). I know Alister Mitchell was looking to share Vicki's place so hopefully it may work out....wish you were hear to talk.....don't panic we or you can still stay at Vicki's place as David and Ian will share the cost. ann penny Glad to hear you're getting into a boat albeit a fishing vessel, but at least this will remind you how to balance! I have finally spoken to Richard and a date is set for our training session Sat 28th June, the following weekend is the Birkett. Sally was telling me she would like to do the Birkett with Cliff, but they're worried about upsetting Maurice and Ellen. There's a real buzz at the Club, 11 GP's out last night. Ian Davies is giving John and Justin a fight. I'm busy training up Reiner, we're usually okay until we come to spinnaker!!!!! Justin's really up for Annadale, so I'm hoping my helming will be decent. Ian Davies is now coming with his son (no not Russell.....shame) and of course David with Jannette. Ian is enjoying is early retirement and is becoming a great chef. I'm back to school on Monday and wishing I was on a gap year! Hope your beach party went well and the singles came together! Love as always Ann xxxxx

Cliff You ate what please please do not send a food parcel. sorry to hear you had camera stolen this is not something to worry about though as it can be replaced. Pherhaps you could get a cheap one to see you through the rest of your holiday. Beaches sound wonderful even if the waves sound a little dangerous. We are not at all jealous though some of us sailed in a snow blizzard on Sunday. Anne and I went out together, in the space of some 20 mins we had 10 > 15 mm of snow on the fordeck. I had to send Anne up into the rigging with an axe to cut ice from the spars and mast!! She was not keen at first but production of my trusty service revelover had her up there with a fixed smile on her face in a trice. Hear from you soon your obliging servant Captain Bligh
