We decided to travel down the coast towards Vietnam, stopping firstly at the riverside town of Kampot. We found some lovely accomodation on the river in raised bamboo huts. They also had canoes and paddle boards to use for free. On our second day we hired out a moped to explore the local national park which was a really nice road that winded up to the top of a mountain. d*** was laughed at a few times as I was the driver and he looked very camp perched On the back seat! It made it worse when 30 super bikes came cruising past with there chicks sitting on the back!

We ate at a restaurant that claimed to sell the best ribs in Cambodia, they were huge! We failed to get our photo on the wall for completing a full rack each though.

After a couple of days we bused it to the Seaside fishing village of Kep, famous for its crab. We stayed in a bungalow on a site called treetop that looked over the sea and had a mixture of different tree house's and bamboo structures. The first night I insisted we went to try the crab on the crab market that had restaurant after restaurant on stilts going out over the sea, we chose one that was recommended and it was delicious!
We got a moped out again and visited the Kampot pepper plantation, and a charity based training project which help ed Cambodians learn new skills to gain employment. This was run by an Aussie couple.
The rest of our time in Kep we spent lounging by swimming pools drinking cocktails and jugs of beer!
