Well it was a lovely sunny day but it didn't quite work out to be the day we had planned. Well not a great deal to write home about today. It's been raining all day!! We only ventured out today to get some bits in for dinner. We've trying to plan where we're heading to next and for how long so we can get hostels booked and transport sorted. Our next stop is going to be Whistler which is only 2hr 30mins from Vancouver. What I'm not looking forward to is the coach from Whistler to Banff which is 19hrs 30mins!!!!!!!! It's 630 miles away and yet the dist...

It was another lovely sunny day today. We headed out early afternoon and took the train and the bus over to Granville Island. What a beautiful day- the sun was shining and it was lovely and warm. We headed to Stanley Park which is recognized as one of the greatest urban parks of the world. It was massive-you would need a whole day to get around it as it covers 100 acres!
