G'day Folks!

After putting many a shrimp on the barby, we have finally found time to update the blog!
We have been here 3 weeks and 3 days now.

The flights were good, but it took us a long time to lose the jet lag - the colds we brought with us from England didn't help!!

We stayed at Amy's Uncle David's for the first 3 weeks. We spent loads of this time at Floreat Beach (see photos) and visiting the City. The weather has been incredible, the hottest day was reportedly 40.2 degrees celsius and each day has been in the 30s. Autumn started on the 1st March, so we should see some cooler weather from here on in (even though the 5 day forecast is for the mid-30s again!).

We are now house sharing with some Aussies in a Perth suburb called Nollamara. We will put up the next set of photos soon. We also bought a new old car yesterday which is a bit of a beast, but it will get us from A to B.

We are having such a great time and chilling out enjoying the Aussie lifestyle. Beach everyday, who can complain?!
