We arrived in chiang mai at 6 am this morning after an 11 hour bus journey ride. The joureny wasnt as bad as i thought it would be and the seats reclind a lot so we could slepp. But it was freezing when we got here!! And i dont really have many warm clothes with me, but luckily it got really hot again in the day.

Chiang Mai is lovely, the people are so nice and its such a nice welcome after bust bangkok!

Weve just spent the day walking arund all of the temples and chilling out. We've booked on to a 2 day trek for tomorrow (yes pinder has even got me and ames exercising!) where we do a 3 hour walk each day, a 1 hour elephant ride and a bamboo raft ride. We also get to stay in the hill tribe areas which will be really nice!

but as soon as we get back we have 2 overnight bus journeys down to Ko Samui. So when we next write on here we will prob be knackered!
