Well...... after a VIP bus journey from krabi to suratthani we thought our last minute booking to koh samui was looking like a real good deal! ..... how wrong can we be?

The night ferry we caught to koh samui from suratthani was possibly the most horrendous form of transport we have ever ad to deal with!! Imagine a ship packed from the brim with slaves in the 18th century, add some sleazy men, and a whole lot of cockroaches. and there you have the recipe for the worst night of our lives!!!

HOWEVER.. we survived and ended up on a tropical beach. the thought of cockroaches running up our arms though whilst we are sleeping will never be forgotten!!

We are now back on koh tao. the best island we have been to so far. possible activities include.... padi open water diving, snorkelling, thai cookery course thai massage course, maybe a little thai boxing (or watching as the case may be) and a whole lot of lying on a beach and relaxing before we head back to smelly bangkok!! xx
