Day 51: Can't believe I have less than 3 weeks to go.

In less then 3 weeks time I shall be back in Manchester. it has gone so quick - but also feels like I have been gone a year. Enough has happened and changed to fill a year.

So, I hung around the common room and read and watched programmes about haunted houses until my shuttle picked me up to take me to the airport. I got theere really early so I manages to get on a earlier flight. The flight only took 25 minutes but the seatbel sign was kept on the whole time as there was so much turbulence. It was like that the way there too, so I am not sure if Death Valley is a bad turbulence zone or something.

I then got the shuttle back to my hostel in L.A.. I have spent so much money on shuttles hat i can't spend much at all the next few days but it is the only sensible way to get to the airport. By public transport it is like 4 buses.

Back at the hostel, but it is only a stopover as I am off to Santa Monica tomorrow. Looking forward to the beach.

I do have to go shopping tomorrow morning as someone stole my top last night. It was wrapped up in my shorts when I went to bed and when I woke up, my short were there but the top was not. Odd. More money I can't afford to spend.

Oh, and also, when I picked my bag up at LAX, one of the zips was open and I was pretty sure something had fallen out, but wasn;'t sure what. Turns out it was the charger for my MP3. Luckily I can charge it off the computer, as I wouldn't cope without music.
