Today I was leaving for London. I got up packed my bags, had breakfast, then printed off all the documents I'd need for immigration and caught a cab to the airport. I checked in my bags, went through passport control, did a bit of duty free shopping before waiting in the departure lounge.
I boarded the plane for my first stop in Copenhagen. On arriving at Copenhagen I had to find the terminal to board my plane to London. After going through more security I found the terminal and waited to board my plane. Two hours later I boarded the plane and was on my way to Heathrow. I arrived into Heathrow a few hours later and went through immigration. This was where the problem started. As I was here for a long time they grilled me for half an hour asking me all sorts of questions, which I thankfully had all the information I needed to back up my story.
Finally being allowed to enter the country I made my way to the baggage collection, which my bag was the only one left, then went through the terminal to find Mick and Kath. We drove back to their place in West Ewell, then went for a couple of drinks at The Star then for dinner at a local curry place, before calling it a night.
