Got up at 7.30am to have breakfast, but I wasn't that keen on it, plus I had no idea what I was eating. I went back to my room for a bit, then went out an wondered around the village. On my way I ran into Charlotte, who decided to come with me. We went to the morning markets, Kusakabe Folk Museum and the floats museum. We then went to a café and had lunch, then met the group for dinner a little later.

Hiro took us to a Miso restaurant, which we cook ourselves. It was the first time we'd had Miso and it was really good. Hiro then took us to a bar, which was in one of the many alleyways. We stayed there for a little while enjoying a few drinks. Elysse then asked Hiro about the whole Japanese whaling thing, which made Hiro a little bit angry and as I was sitting in between the two I had to try and diffuse the situation. Mean while Michelle, Kristen, Mike and Ashlea were discussing the finer points of dating, which I couldn't help but laugh at. We then left and called it a night.
