Today we were going on a bike tour through the Yangshou valley and to Moon Rock with Manuel as our guide. We got up at 7.30am had breakfast then met the group out front of the guest house to begin our tour. Once on the bikes we took off, then I noticed that my pants had torn from my thigh right up to the crotch area. Thankfully I had thermals on underneath so no one could tell.

The scenery along the way was just amazing, but the group didn't stop as much as I would've liked so I didn't get to take many photos but the ones I did get was just amazing. Our first stop was at a local farmers house, where we had lunch. All the food was local produce from his farm and also cooked by him. It tasted so nice. The best food I'd had since getting to China.

We continued on through the valley and through some local villages and it really was such a pretty place to ride through. Like I said earlier I just wish the group would've stopped more so I could take pictures. Another stop we had was at Moon Rock, which is basically is a rock shaped like the moon. You could climb up the top but it was about 8000 steps to climb it so Lindsay and I waited at the bottom whilst the others climbed up.

We then made our way back to the main city then back to our guesthouse. Once we got back we showered and changed then Lindsay, Ruth and I went into town for a massage. Which is just what we needed after our bike ride. After the massage we met up with Lindsay's friends Sharon and Andy for dinner, then we continued on at one of the bars we'd been to previously and had a few drinks, which then turned into a lot of drinks.

During the night Lindsay and Sharon somehow ended up falling over onto a plant that was in the bar and Lindsay ended up paying 400 Yuan for it at the end of the night, but wasn't allowed to keep it and to top it off it wasn't even damaged! It was so funny though watching these two fall over.

After everyone left and left us with the bill, Lindsay and I tried to get a cab back but we didn't really have much luck. We did however get one cab but the guy ended up groping Lindsay's boobs and somehow we ended up right in front of Fawlty Towers Hotel so we ran in there looking for Manuel to help us. Which he did after we tried to explain to him what this guy had done. I remember using the words "He was inappropriate" whilst rubbing my hands on my boobs so he could get what we were saying as he had a dumbfounded look on his face.

Manuel got us a cab and we were then on our way back to the guesthouse. When we arrived back we woke up Ruth and told her what happened then we couldn't stop giggling about it and Ruth told us to shut up, so we then went to sleep.
