We arrived into Shanghai around 11.30am and caught taxis to the hotel. We checked into the hotel and this time I shared with Ruth, which was good as I'd been on my own so far, so it was nice to have someone to talk to. We arrived into Xian at 7.30am got onto the bus and headed to the hotel. Thankfully it wasn't that cold in Xian.
