Today I decided to go off on my own and explore south bank which is an area in the west of Brisbane along side a river where they have a man made beach and pool. I walked into town with my map; tourist!!! And bought some $8 jeans (bargain) then walked the rest of the way to south bank. It's really pretty and is quite similar to south bank in London.
