Well I said fair well to Almo on Saturday. It was almost very emotional until I was distracted by some upsetting $108 that the company wanted to charge me. But that should be sorted when they call me back... Or I have to call them back... We made the most of out last day together with straight roads, windy roads, snow topped craters and a small desert, police cars and tourists, lots of gas and a gay radio station (which was strangely advertising solutions for women who don't get turned on by their husbands anymore). Sweet day.
Yesterday me and Lyn and Lyn's friend had a productive day watching an exciting new tv series that had just come out. It was brilliantly built and I don't feel like I wasted my day (apart from the stupid cliffhanger) Because it was a masterpiece. The show is called Arrested Development.
Today we will be planning the western leg of the road trip and potentially I will soon have a coming home date! I knew this day would come and I will be delighted to return to a country with fewer goodbyes, more life stability and no sta travel! Fortunately, the world is not going anywhere without me fast so I am not sad to app travelling. Not least for the gooey loveliness of friends, family and frogs. Hopefully after travelling such big countries there will be a lower mental resistance when I think of visiting the far off realms of Kent, Brighton, Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Lyme Regis, Little Scottish islands and Germany.
In the mean time I have 3 countries, 4 hockQuests, 35 USA state plates, 100s of miles of roads and 1 ocean to contend with. All very exciting. I need to get off this couch and get moving!!!
