Well i didn't have any photos of the gear just yet, so you got a Deer instead..
The most common mistake that climbers make is that they over pack and bring way too much gear.
So here is our cut down list !!!!!
BAGS and EQUIPMENT
Day pack, 35 litre
Waterproof inner lining for day pack
Hip bag for items need in a hurry
Rain cover for outside pack
Kit bag (Duffle bag) or a rucksack/backpack with a lock. Your porter will carry this bag. - Maybe 100 litres
Adjustable telescoping trekking pole (optional but recommended).
Good Quality trekking Boots (make sure they are "Broken-in")
CLOTHING
Warm Hat - head and ears
Balaclava - for head and ears
Sun Hat, plus cotton head-scarf or "Bandana"
White cap with muslin (Like Edmund Hilary)
Head-scarf / "Bandana" /BUFF neck scaff
Rain (gortex) hooded jacket
Rain (gortex) trousers
Windstopper light jacket
Padded down jacket - for top and around camp (in grab bag) - £80
Warm pile/fleece jacket
Warm pile/fleece trousers
Warm thermal underwear (poly/wool), top and bottom
Lycra sexy cycle shorts (prevents chaffing)
Base layers - top and bottom
Cotton shirt
Outdoor trousers
Walking shorts (shorts under long to remove easier)
Warm mitts / windproof - cover mits - waterproof gloves - thin inner gloves
Snow Gaiters
Wool socks for colder conditions, and thin socks
Spare laces
Flip flops for around camp.(they are light)
SLEEP
Sleeping bag for -10 centigrade (15 Fahrenheit) or lower
Sleeping mattress -thermorest 4- at top the ground is frozen
Thermo rest pillow or use clothing bag
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
Camelbak Thermal - 3 litre
Water bottle - one color - for water Nalgine with THERMAL cover
Water bottle - second COLOR - for water then as high altitude Pee bottle
Head torch which is difficult to turn on so doesnt turn on in rucksack, with spare batteries and lamps. / hand torch with batteries - Preferably also with a red filter to keep night vision

GLACIER Sunglasses - side shields and Photocraomic category 2-4
Snow goggles

Compass - southern hemesphere
Pocket knife
Camera / video / film / batteries / solar charge - ziplock protects from dust

Sun screen for face/lip (at least FACTOR 30+)

Altitude Medicine (not that you think you might need this). Do not bring sleeping pills, they are a respiratory depressent (not a must) - Diamox
Diarrhea Medicine (not a must, unless you do camping safari afterwards, or staying in low quality hotels) - 2 in party

Several waterproof plastic sacks, i.e.: rubbish sacks for your sleeping bag, shoes, etc, for wet gear. Ziplok etc
Passport, 2 extra passport photos , flight ticket, flight itinerary
Dollars cash for small items and gratuities.
