Work work work- full on day!

Great but full on - skied for something like 5 hours straight. Then i needed to pee.. So had to stop then skied like another 3 and 1/2 .Awesome but the legs are dead! Currently leading stats of moring run top speed ! Compition is getting stiff- gs skis appeared this morning - keen .

Learning the Mt Hutt instructors penalty for crashing while free skiing In uniform, fairly brutal considering I'm a fairly clumsy individual i can see my penalty talley going sky high... Dam it. There are also bonus points for equipment lost, location (ie under the chairlift), and so on. And it is heavily enforced ! So I fall over ALOT... And I can't help it ! O well !

Awesome forecast for the weekend ahead then some snow on its way hopefully . Snow is fairly slick for the moment though, which is great for the race club I'm working for ... Speaking of which start officially tomorrow for the week.. Works very differently to anything I've done before, just have to embrace the change right?

Retro ski day is this Saturday ... So currently on route to the charity shop to ensure I can participate! ... Yellow all in one ? Surely this is a fantastic idea! I'll get some photos uploaded when I get my outfit sorted out, I feel that I am Pritty good for retro days- crack out the headbands, sunnies, and chill haha

. Also on Sunday we have wear our home nation colours ...Me and one of the girls from Aberdeen are going brave heart style .... Obviously . This entails a full face Scottish flag, for those not fortunate to have watched William Wallaces speech of freedom.

Not else new really , skiing so much at work which is sooo good as was worried I wouldn't get to ski and get stuck on the magic carpet .. But all is well!

Going to a coaches meeting this evening, some talk on athlete development which is part of my job, so better attend! Gives me something to do though, which is positive? Might even be interesting and let's me honest more to the point - there is nibbles.

Just down the mountain, sun is shining, no wind, chrisp, absolutely beautiful here!
