Beautiful day!

So after methven wet into lock down like something out of a horror movie we had a huge dump of snow , followed by clear skies and sunshine! Today was awesome! Such a great day skiing!

Mountain roads are literally taken to the next level out here , and amazingly this is according to the locals one of the better ones. It's horrific ! I mean honestly it makes you want to cry like a baby and quiver in fear ! Think the Bernard pass is bad ... It's nothing. This road is hardly a road and it's cliffs either side and it's bumpy and steep, brutal. We saw someone's engine blow up on shady corner , hilarious they looked so lost. And we were next to no help as well haha.

Met some more cool people today, an Irish boy who's working in race events department ! He seems really cool, and is living just around the corner ! Another guy from Christchurch is up for half the season, to instruct and he used to race so we have a fair bit of chat! Was showing me some real cool footage of his season in japan . Then there was this one girl who's from London and she worked on verbier all winter which is Pritty dam cool. Seems like a really good laugh. Went pow skiing with her this morning and o wow! She good.

Also there are these weird snow parrots up the mountain and they basically are evil. There like a worse version of seagulls. So seagulls poo on unsuspecting people right? Well these birds eat rubber so people's cars in the car park are destroyed! So much so people put nets over there cars! It looks like a ship yard.

Cooked dinner tonight - vindaloo! Was amazing , just saying . Not entirely sure all of the chicken was entirely cooled through, non the less it was yummy.
