Hello to all!

Well..... We're STILL in Shanghai.... not sure if everyone is up todate with Chinese news but we're having the worst snow storms for half a century.... combined with everyone trying to get back home for chinese new year... DISASTER!! This has meant we have tried to get on a train for the last 2 days and have spent it in a Smokey station!!! with no seats apart from the filthy floor!

So our itinerary has now changed a little, we are no longer getting the train to Hong Kong we are flying from Shanghai on 4th Feb. so what would have been a 50 hour train ride is now a 2 hour flight..... so all is good again!

So we are back in Shanghai.. and have been to the Yu Yuan gardens and bazarrs today (pics added) Very quiet and pretty hard to believe it is in a bustling city. The bazzars were something very different though. Very busy!

We have added a few videos today one of the bazzars and also one of our visit to the Shanghai acrobats! Very cool... i didn't realise women were so bendy!!

The video we took though is not for the weak hearted.... i was fearing for the acrobats lives througout the last performance!.... dont worry no one was harmed in the making of this video.... and dont try this at home Dean!

Not too much to report really.... i could tell you how my days went in the train station but would be along the lines of ... waited.... waited ... waited some more.... gave up.. we'll fly instead!! needed to dump some pics as our camera was getting too full (kirst keeps taking pics of the bloody towers)!!

As we have changed our itinerary we are heading to the water city tommorrow which is meant to be like a little Venice.... We'll see! We are both really looking forward to it especially as we are running out of things to do in Shanghai now!
