About Us
Gute Frage…

Hey Leute,
jetzt geht er also los.

Dinda Katy! Thank you so much for included me your Pay It Forward list. I feel hnreood! (I also now feel a bit of pressure to keep performing so well )Also, if you don't mind me asking What were the books you read that featured time travel. I know PEREGRINE is on there from Fall Book Club, but I'm curious about the others.

re: photo from 29 June 2012Liana a bit of advice plaese....I had (more like inherited) a photo studio. I still have the Bronica SLR medium format camera, multiple lens includiing a 35 mm (all sorts of other tools, umbrellas, etc) and have planned to sell these even tho I personally made some pretty good money shooting weddings, Seniors, family groups.......so on to my question,I hardly remember an aperature, f-stop, etc and have since purchased a cool digital camera. Now I'm interested (yes, retired-but not brain dead yet) in doing some stock work....do I sell the Bronica? (Yep, its bulky-heavy!) What do you suggest?
re: photo from 05 July 2012Ady I have been coveting a numebr of athelta's hiking pants and capris for so long! The dipper pants, high five shorts and corsica capris would be perfect for hiking and canyoneering. You could hike in to a canyon, throw your climbing harness on over them, and rappel, scramble, and swim through the canyon. And who wouldn't love one of their cute performance swim suits!
re: Sydney, New South WalesBrandon ecotourism is getting scecuss, but i see a issue it has to be resolved , which is in order to be gentle with the species and environment the groups of humans must be small , because bigger is the human presence is harder to keep a lower profile in the nature. But the demand is increasing and must be a way to increase the offer without harming the nature.
re: photo from 21 July 2012Eriko Sometimes it can come close but I see it as a rock/metal hybrid, I think the gugrne scene took a little from Melvins (a metal band) and some rock bands, so it is probably closest to hard rock. Some songs like Outshined sound almost metal but not quite. If you count gugrne as metal, then you would have to call bands like Kyuss and other stoner rock bands metal too.

I really like what you have acquired here, certainly like what you're saying and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still care for to keep it sensible. I cant wait to read far more from you. This is really a wonderful site.

re: Cairns, QueenslandSara If you buy and sell, I'll give you a couple tips. Don't fix stuff yoelsurf. Find a contract that will do it right and pay him for the labor. It's not worth your time to do it yoelsurf and you can build a good relationship with a good contractor for the future. Second, something some forget to do it use the tax assessment as a determining factor. Tax appraisals are lower then standard appraisal usually. If they are selling cheap than the tax value, there's a good chance there is hidden value to pull out. If you go rental, do low-income section 8 rentals. They are gov't subsidized rentals. Look it up online. The tenants are more long-term due to the gov't helping.
