Es ist Samstag und uns fällt nichts besseres ein als zu arbeiten. Naja, man muss ja immer an das liebe Geld denken. Auch hier in Australien dreht sich nämlich sehr viel darum. Da wir heute wieder den ganzen Tag in der Arbeit waren, wird auch dieser Blogeinträge in gewohnter Manier eher langweilig und sehr kurz. Ja, eigentlich war es das auch schon wieder :-)
Man kann als einziges vielleicht noch erwähnen das wir Abends mal so richtig aufgekocht haben. Da wir nämlich all die kleinen Grüppchen auf dem Campingplatz beim Wochenend-Typischen feiern beobachten mussten, haben wir uns entschlossen zumindest kulinarisch eine bessere Performance abzuliefern. Sind also in den nächsten Supermarkt, haben uns einen dicken Bazen Fleisch und Kartoffeln gekauft und anschließend Steaks mit Bratkartoffeln gezaubert...

Sara If you buy and sell, I'll give you a couple tips. Don't fix stuff yoelsurf. Find a contract that will do it right and pay him for the labor. It's not worth your time to do it yoelsurf and you can build a good relationship with a good contractor for the future. Second, something some forget to do it use the tax assessment as a determining factor. Tax appraisals are lower then standard appraisal usually. If they are selling cheap than the tax value, there's a good chance there is hidden value to pull out. If you go rental, do low-income section 8 rentals. They are gov't subsidized rentals. Look it up online. The tenants are more long-term due to the gov't helping.
