Bahram's World Tour 2006
The Iguaçu falls was my next stop. Arrived on the Brazilian side and the first site of the falls hits you. You then realize there are about 12 different waterfalls, half of which you cannot see as they are on the Argentinean side. But it was still amazing, the power of the water, the river, and the falls just seem to go on for ever.
The next day I did the Argentinean side, the views here were better as you could see both sides of the falls. Taking a boat ride, like those that I have taken pictures of was so much fun. They take you into a couple of the waterfalls and get you absolutely drenched. I sat on St Martin Island, which is an island between the waterfalls, to dry off and take in the sight. Seeing a few Quati`s, which are like raccoons roaming around the national park and scurrying through bins to get food was cute.
Next stop Buenos Aeries and a 20hr bus ride, can't wait! Stay tuned...
