Thursday May 12 What a long and exciting day! We went for a bus excursion all around the northeastern part of Lesvos. First we went to the museum of Industrial Olive Oil Production in Lesvos which Sofia helped to create. We saw how olive oil was made and ALLLL of the history behind it. My official whole day on the Island of Lesvos was today! I arrived yesterday around 7pm. There are 23 students. ALL are girls! oh-uh too much estrogen could get interesting!
