Curtin Spings is 80km from Yulara so we have a fairly big day that we can fill, as well as quite a bit of tomorrow. We farewelled the Holgates and Clouts as they wait for the NRMA. We had a lovely dinner together at Erldunda and a good nights sleep. Just a short drive today to Curtin Springs. Mt Ebenezer had a sign saying "great coffee". Some of us couldn't resist. There was some nice local art work as well. The Chrysler should have stopped for coffee, as they pulled up shortly after with a flat. We had a very staggered start today. Marla was our last stop in South Australia. It is getting much warmer now and the winter woollies are being put aside for shorts and t-shirts. We stopped at the SA / Northern Territory border for a photo shoot! Erldunda is on the corner where the Stuart highway meets the Lasserter highway going out to Yulara. The blog writer has a faulty sim so things have been delayed. Photo shoot as we left CooberPedy with all the oldies lined up under the sign. Set of to the bakery before we left for coffee and "health food". The Chevs, Oldsmobile and Hupmobile all travelled out to the Breakaways. Very brave on the dirt road and a great effort. We had a very interesting tour with Gary this morning. Read into that comment what you will!! We had free time from lunch time on. Some went opal shopping, others went for a drive out to The Breakaways and others did 9 holes around "Coober Pedy Links" We are all having a great time and looking forward to further adventures.
